1.8-mile project from FM 2240 (Moores Lane) South to Kennedy Lane, involving the construction of a new urban arterial with a four-lane curb and gutter section. MTG was also responsible for right-of-way and design surveys, preliminary schematic design and environmental analysis of proposed improvements. Construction costs totaled $5,400,000.
