As with our environmental and civil engineering services, all MTG land planning services are conducted by trained land planning professionals using CAE systems. The use of CAE in land planning allows for the consideration of a multitude of planning options in a fraction of the time required for conventional or even computer aided drafting methodologies.
MTG’s extensive experience in land planning services includes large and small tract boundary surveys, industrial parks, residential and commercial land development, topographic surveys, digital terrain modeling, forensic/accident surveys, and municipal planning. If the client desires, all land planning activities may be directly linked to automated data collection activities conducted by MTG field services, an option which results in further time and dollar savings.
