Industrial Environmental Services


In the area of environmental services for industries, MTG has extensive experience serving the Wood Preserving, Petroleum, Agricultural, and various other manufacturing and industrial concerns by providing the following services:

• Source management, equalization, reclamation, and pre-treatment and treatment for process wastewater streams,

• Assessing, designing, and permitting on and/or off-site solid waste management and disposal facilities;

• Site assessments and remediation, as well as closures of surface impoundments, lagoons, and other on-site waste management/disposal operations;

• “Drip Pad” containment systems for the Wood Preserving Industry as required by 40 CFR Part 264, Subpart W – MTG was the originator of the first drip pad designs and has accomplished services associated with facilities in seven states;

• Development and implementation of containment and recovery strategies including natural and synthetic cut-off walls, collection drains and recovery systems;

• Environmental/civil designs for renovation and new construction for product storage tanks and tank farms with related pump and piping, containment, and monitoring systems, and

• Assessment/implementation of NPDES storm water management systems, permits and accompanying Storm water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
